| Description: | This position is responsible for the development, maintenance and growth of Meridian’s addiction services by performing the following duties. |
| Duties: | Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Organizes, develops and plans addiction treatment programs to meet the needs of clients and communities.
a. Recommends market strategies & goals for each addiction program and service
b. Obtains data and prepares recommendations regarding potential referral sources and clients
c. Maintains up-to-date understanding of addiction trends, clinical and technical developments that effect agency and program requirements
d. Evaluates programs and service marketability in terms of client and referral source needs.
e. Promotes and actively markets Meridian’s addiction services to increase referrals and diversify payer sources.

| Qualifications: | Education and/or Experience:
• Minimum of a Masters degree in human services field and an addiction certification recognized by the State of Indiana; Licensed Clinical Addictions Counselor preferred.
• Indiana addictions licensure
• Minimum of five years of clinical and leadership experience; at least three years of management experience preferred.
